Manitoba Dance Festival (Past Event)
Until 2019, The Manitoba Dance Festival was an annual event run by Dance Manitoba in May. Dancers across Manitoba may enter in any of the categories and will receive a certificate and feedback from the judge. The placings are: Merit, Bronze, Silver, High Silver, Gold, and Gold Honors. The Dance Festival is not a competition and adjudicators may give out more than one of the same placing in a category. Kids in Kilts entered the Flowers of Scotland Performance Troupes into the National category every year. Dance Festival gave dancers the opportunity to conduct themselves professionally and have fun!

Great job girls!
2012 Manitoba Dance Festival
A BIG congratulations to the Performance Troupe on their excellent performance at the Manitoba Dance Festival on May 10th! The Performance Troupe had been practicing for this day for a few months and could not have been more ready. This was their first time performing at Festival and Kids in Kilts is thrilled to receive Silver.
