The 2023 Tartan Tea will be held at Petrus Hall on Inkster Blvd. from 12:00-4:00pm. Tickets are $10 at the door. See you there!

Tartan Tea
The Tartan Tea is a fun Scottish winter event run by the MHDA. The Tartan Tea takes place annually on the first Saturday of December at Petrus Hall usually starting at around 1:00. This event has delicious baking, great silent auction prizes, jar bars, and highland dancing as entertainment. MHDA affiliated schools are invited to have their dancers perform on stage in front of family and friends. The perfect way to spend a cold wintry day!

Congratulations to all of the dancers that participated in the Tartan Tea! Everyone did great. This was Kids in Kilts first year participating as a school and everyone had a blast!
We're also very proud of Maria who performed traditional dances in the earlier show. Great job!
